Requirements for Traffic Survival School.

Virtual Traffic Survival School (A.R.S. § 28-3413)

Aggressive driving or for a moving violation resulting in an accident causing serious injury or death. (A.R.S. § 28-695(C)(1) or § 28-672(B)

Red light violation. (A.R.S. § 28-645(A)(3)(a) or § 28-647(1)

Driving under the influence violation. (A.R.S. § 28-1381, 28-1382, or 28-1383)

Wrong-way driving violation. (A.R.S. § 28-694(C)

Moving civil or criminal traffic offense while under 18 years of age. (A.R.S.§ 28-3321(A)(1)

You have accumulated 8 to 12 points on your driving record. (A.R.S. § 28-3306(A)(3)

Traffic Survival School Corrective Action Notice letter from ADOT (for both in state and out of state)

Court order (Must provide a copy to Rules of the Road)
