Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) requires 8 hours of instruction. Our classes usually begin at 8:00 AM and end at 4:30 PM. However, we have different options for virtual courses. To accommodate, we can split into two-day in-person classes. Call us for more information.
The instructor will announce lunchtime during housekeeping.
You must complete the full 8-hour of instruction to receive the completion of the class.

For In-Person Classes, you can pay the day of the class. We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, and Money Orders payable to Rules of the Road TSS.
We will send you a link via text or email for Virtual Classes, as virtual classes require pre-payment.
You may also prepay for in-person class options by registering on our website or contacting us, and we will send you a payment link.
Note: We do not accept "Checks" of any kind. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For Virtual Classes, $85.00 is non-refundable from the total amount paid. This is to cover the cost of administrative fees.
A full refund applies for In-Person Classes if you pre-paid and have not received or used training materials. A partially completed In-Person Class will not be eligible for any refund.

For the Virtual Class, the fee is $160.00, plus a $10.00 fee (non-refundable) to ship the training material via mail within the continental United States, for a total flat fee of $170.00 (Within the Continental USA).
If you pick up the material at one of our locations, the Fee is a flat $160.00.
We also offer Express Mailing, a variable fee (non-refundable). Please call us for more information. The cost of International shipping varies by country.
For the In-Person Class, the Fee is a flat $160.00.

VIRTUAL RESCHEDULING FEES
What if I need to reschedule my class?

We want you to complete your assignment for the TSS class successfully. As we understand, life happens.
For Virtual Classes, we allow a one-time “COMPLEMENTARY” rescheduling opportunity.
Rescheduling “MUST” be within 30 calendar days of your initial scheduled class (the request is subject to availability). Please let us know what date works best for you by calling or texting us. Your selection will be counted as your “FREE” reschedule.
A fee of $60.00 for the second reschedule.
A fee of $85.00 for the third reschedule.
A full payment is required for any additional reschedules and any scheduling after 30 calendar days of the initial schedule.
