Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) requires 8 hours of instruction. Our classes usually begin at 8:00 AM and end at 4:30 PM. However, we have different options for virtual courses. To accommodate, we can split into two-day in-person classes. Call us for more information.
The instructor will announce lunchtime during housekeeping.
You must complete the whole 8 hours of instruction to receive the completion of the class.

In-Person Classes: You can pay on the day of class using Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, or Money Orders (payable to Rules of the Road TSS).
Prepayment for In-Person Classes: You can prepay for an in-person class by registering on our website or contacting us for a payment link.
Virtual Classes: Require Prepayment, and a payment link will be sent via text or email, depending on your choice. You can also pay in one of our locations and pick up the mandatory book. Call us for more details.
Please Note: We do not accept checks of any kind.
REFUNDS
Virtual Class Refunds: Half of the amount paid is non-refundable to cover administrative and operational costs.
In-Person Class Refunds: A full refund is available only for prepaid customers who have not received or used training materials. Customers with a partially completed class are ineligible for refunds.
Note: Refunds are subject to transaction charges and may take 5–10 business days to process.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Fees are a flat $160.00 (some locations, fees vary) for all In-Person and Virtual Classes; however, for virtual classes, you must pick up the required training book.
Virtual classes with mailing of the required training book. The flat fee for shipment within the continental U.S. is $10.00, which is non-refundable, for a total cost of $170.00
Express and International mailing options are available for a variable, non-refundable fee; please call for pricing.

VIRTUAL RESCHEDULING FEES
IN-PERSON RESCHEDULING FEES
We understand that conflicts arise, and we want to ensure you complete your TSS class.
First Reschedule: You are granted a one-time complimentary (FREE) reschedule. This request must be made within 30 calendar days of your original class date and is subject to availability. Please call or text us with your preferred new date.
Second Reschedule: A fee of $60.00 applies.
Third Reschedule: A fee of $80.00 applies.
Further Reschedules & Late Requests: Any additional reschedules or any requests made after the initial 30 calendar days will require full repayment of the class fee.

A partially completed In-Person Class is not eligible for a refund. However, we will allow a one-time reschedule to complete the class within 30 calendar days from the initial scheduled class.
