Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) requires 8-hours of instruction. The class begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 4:30 PM. Lunch is from approximately noon to 12:30.
You must complete the full 8-hour of instruction to receive the completion of the class.

For In-Person Classes, you can pay the day of the class. We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, and Money Orders payable to Rules of the Road.
For Virtual Classes, we will send you an invoice via email
You may also prepay for Virtual/In-Person class options by using our website to register or contact us to send you a link.
Note: We do not accept "Checks" of any kind. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For Virtual Classes, the amount of $85.00 is non-refundable from the total amount paid. The non-refundable amount is to cover the cost of administrative fees.
For In-Person Classes, a full refund only applies if you pre-paid and have not received or used training materials. A partially completed In-Person Class will not be eligible for any refund.

For the Virtual Class, the fee is $160.00, plus a $10.00 fee (non-refundable) to ship the training material via USPS Priority Mail, for a total flat fee of $170.00 (Within the Continental USA). If you pick up the material at one of our locations, the Fee is a flat $160.00.
We also offer USPS Priority Express Mailing for a $50.00 (non-refundable) flat fee of $210.00 (Within the Continental USA). The cost of International shipping varies by country.
For the In-Person Class, the Fee is a flat $160.00.

What if I need to reschedule my class?
IN-PERSON RESCHEDULING FEES
We want you to complete your assignment of TSS class requirements successfully. As we understand, life happens.
For Virtual Classes, we allow a one-time “COMPLEMENTARY” rescheduling opportunity.
Rescheduling “MUST” be within 30 calendar days of your initial scheduled class (the request is subject to availability). Please let us know what date works best for you by calling us with your selected date. Your selection will be counted as your “COMPLEMENTARY” reschedule.
A fee of $60.00 for the second reschedule.
A fee of $85.00 for the third reschedule.
A full payment is required for any additional reschedules and any scheduling after 30 calendar days of the initial schedule.
